Training and Standards

While the TRIAX Touch system itself is easy to setup and use, and telephone and email support are available, training plays a big part in successful testing and evaluation of surfaces. A comprehensive single-day training program is available (at an additional cost) and is generally provided at the customer’s site, our offices, and many locations worldwide. Online training and meetings via Zoom are available. Additional content information is below.

As well as the operation of the TRIAX Touch system, the training covers topics such as standards and report generation. Pricing is on a per-person basis, plus travel expenses

There are courses that are directed at “Ground Level Accessible Routes”, “Playground Surfacing Technician – Putting Theory to Practice” (a pre-course to Triax Competency), “Professional Considerations in Design of Public Playspaces” and others related to the use the Triax, Gfactor and other measuring devices.

Future courses will outline Best Practices for surfacing asset management using the tools and evolving thinking on injury prevention and functional longevity.
